This VPC 1250g Yellow 2 Compartment Septic Tank is manufactured to strict quality guidelines to ensure years of high-performance use. It is also IAPMO certified. Valencia Pipe Company septic tanks are produced using a rotational molding process that results in a seamless, watertight one-piece tank. This process, combined with the rib design and strategic placement, ensures superior structural integrity. Features two 20" manhole openings. Made from durable polyethylene resin, this septic tank is resistant to soil chemicals and the chemicals and gases present in sewage, ensuring it won't rust or corrode and requires no additional coatings. This dual compartment tank is lightweight and allows for transportation in a pick-up truck and can be carried by two people (or a forklift as it is delivered on a pallet). The tank includes 2 4" tees and 2 4" gaskets. Inlet and outlet holes provided. Designed for underground use only, it must be kept full at all times (except during pumping) and cannot be used as a pump tank. 2-compartment septic tanks are more efficient than a 1-compartment septic and generally provide a cleaner liquid for dispersion to the drain field. 1500g, 1250g, and 1000g septic tanks are offered in both single and double compartments (2/3 / 1/3). The double compartment tank is more popular in this size, reduces long-term maintenance to the drain field, and is more environmentally friendly.
Lightweight and can be transported to the jobsite in a pick-up truck and carried by just 2 people. Ships on a pallet for added convenience.
