This VPC 1000g Yellow 2-Compartment Septic Tank is manufactured to strict quality guidelines to ensure years of high-performance use. It is also IAPMO certified. Valencia Pipe Company septic tanks are produced using a rotational molding process that results in a seamless, watertight one-piece tank. This process, combined with the rib design and strategic placement, ensures superior structural integrity. Made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE), this septic tank is resistant to soil chemicals and the chemicals and gases present in sewage, ensuring it won't rust or corrode and requires no additional coatings. This dual compartment tank is lightweight and allows for transportation in a pick-up truck and can be carried by two people (or a forklift as it is delivered on a pallet). The tank includes 2 4" tees and 2 4" gaskets. Inlet and outlet holes provided. Designed for underground use only, it must be kept full at all times (except during pumping) and cannot be used as a pump tank. - VPC septic tanks are manufacturerd by means of a rotational molding process which produces a 1-piece, seamless, watertight tank.
- Rib design and placement in our tanks provide superior structural integrity to the tank.
- HDPE is unaffected by soil chemicals and by the chemicals and gases present in sewage. These septic tanks will not rust or corrode and require no additional coatings.
- 1500g and 1000g septic tanks are offered in both single and double compartments (2/3 / 1/3). The double compartment tanks is the most popular in this category.
- Lightweight and can be transported to the jobsite in a pick-up truck and carried by just 2 people. Ships on a pallet for added convenience.
- Septic tank installations are restricted in some states, counties, and/or municipalities. Be sure to check your local codes prior to the purchase of a below-ground tank.
- FOR UNDERGROUND USE ONLY. Septic and other below ground tanks may not be approved for use in your area. Check your local code(s) prior to purchase and installation.
- Septic tanks cannot be used as pump tanks and must be kept full at all times. It is highly recommended that installation instructions be followed carefully.
- Includes 2 4" baffle tees, 2 4" rubber gaskets, and 2 SDR-35 bushings.
